New addition: Another media figure joins the writers of "Olam Katan"

Publicist and media figure Yedidya Meir is joining the permanent writing staff of "Olam Katan" and will begin publishing a weekly column as early as this coming Saturday. The new column will be published weekly in both the print edition and on all digital platforms of the publication.

Meir is one of the voices most closely identified with media and writing in the religious and Haredi public in Israel. Over the years, he has been deeply involved in journalism, satire, and current affairs, alongside his extensive work in radio and television.

Today, Meir hosts the morning program "Hit'orerut" on Kol Chai radio and serves as a panelist on the program "HaPatriotim" on Channel 14. His arrival at the weekly complements a series of leading writers who have joined the editorial staff in recent times.

The weekly is expanding to more than 80 pages

Meir's arrival is part of a broad initiative being promoted by the "Olam Katan" editorial staff. Starting this coming Saturday, the weekly will expand to a volume of more than 80 pages each week, alongside an increase in the variety of opinions, commentaries, and content offered to readers.

The "Olam Katan" editorial staff states that the expansion and the addition of new writers are part of the newspaper's renewal and growth process, with the goal of continuing to establish it as a central media hub for the religious-Zionist and national public in Israel.
