New poll: Likud strengthens its position, right-wing bloc leads by a wide margin
Benjamin Netanyahu significantly leads his competitors in the race for prime minister, while the right-wing bloc secures 63 seats according to the latest NEXT DATA poll.
A poll conducted by NEXT DATA for Channel 14, with the participation of 981 respondents, shows a significant increase in support for the Likud party, which receives 31 seats. The Yesh Atid party follows in second place with 23 seats.
Next are Shas, led by Aryeh Deri (10 seats), and the Democrats party, led by Yair Golan (9 seats). A series of parties garner 7 seats each: United Torah Judaism (Yitzhak Goldknopf), the Beyachad party (Naftali Bennett), Otzma Yehudit (Itamar Ben Gvir), and the Hadash-Ta'al-Balad faction.
Rounding out the seat distribution are Yisrael Beiteinu (6 seats), Ra'am (5 seats), and the Religious Zionism party (Bezalel Smotrich) alongside the Amcha Yisrael party (Ofer Winter), each receiving 4 seats.
In the division by blocs, the right-wing bloc leads with 63 seats, compared to 45 seats for the left-wing bloc, while Arab parties hold 12 seats.
Regarding suitability for prime minister, Benjamin Netanyahu leads with 53%. He is followed by Gadi Eisenkot (33%), Naftali Bennett (8%), and Avigdor Lieberman (6%).
