New security deal: orders totaling 30 million shekels
Mer Group has signed an agreement with the Ministry of Defense to provide technological solutions and communication systems. The company's cumulative order volume for the current quarter has reached 62 million shekels.

Mer Group continues to expand its security operations, reporting new orders from the Ministry of Defense totaling approximately 30 million shekels. The contracts, secured during July 2026, are in addition to other engagements reported since the beginning of the third quarter, bringing the cumulative volume of orders for this period to approximately 62 million shekels.
The new orders include the supply of advanced solutions in the fields of intercom systems and communication infrastructure for military use. As these engagements were received after June 30, 2026, they were not included in the company's official backlog for the end of the second quarter. According to the group's estimates, the execution of these orders is expected to span up to 18 months, with profitability rates consistent with industry standards.
Mer Group CEO Avi Schechter stated that these orders strengthen one of the company's primary growth engines:
