NONO Group Launches Charity Cookbook and New Vegan Menu Across MIMI NONO Chain
The Israeli culinary group NONO celebrates its 10th anniversary by launching a charity cookbook with over 100 recipes and introducing a new collaborative vegan menu across its MIMI NONO chain.

The Israeli culinary group NONO is expanding its operations ahead of the upcoming holiday season with two major launches. The group is releasing its first-ever cookbook, a project over two years in the making, alongside a brand-new, fully plant-based menu developed for the MIMI NONO chain.
Over 100 Signature Recipes for Home Cooks
Marking its tenth anniversary, the NONO group is releasing "Home Cooking for Professionals," a 260-page cookbook featuring over 100 signature dishes from the popular NONO and MIMI restaurants. Priced at 189 NIS, the limited-edition book is designed to help home cooks replicate restaurant-quality meals without professional kitchen equipment. It offers creative solutions for simulating wood-fired ovens and sourcing hard-to-find ingredients.
To ensure accuracy, every recipe was pre-tested by amateur home cooks. The book covers everything from salads, sandwiches, and pastas to the iconic colorful candies featured on MIMI's signature birthday cakes.
In a significant philanthropic move, the NONO group announced that all profits from the cookbook sales will be donated to the "Social Culinary" association. This organization trains and integrates at-risk youth, shell-shocked veterans, and war-affected residents of the Gaza envelope into the food industry.
A New Plant-Based Culinary Standard
Starting September 15, the MIMI NONO chain will gradually roll out a dedicated vegan menu across all branches. Developed in collaboration with restaurateur Ilil Yahav, founder of the vegan eatery Goodness, the menu aims to offer standalone culinary creations rather than simple vegan substitutes.
NONO Group representatives shared:
"Our goal is to create dishes that stand on their own culinary merits, appealing to vegans and non-vegans alike, while expanding the overall variety of our menu."
