"Married at First Sight" participant Noa Moses shared personal and emotional reflections on her Instagram account this Sunday, ahead of the broadcast of the decision episode regarding her relationship. Moses wrote: "You didn't think I would face this day without a run. This week marks the end of a crazy period and the beginning of so much more; it is incredibly exciting, and I came to my spot to reconnect with my North Star."

Reflecting on the positive energy that has sustained her, she added: "I don't know about you, but love and energy stick more than any toxic bacteria." These sentiments come at the height of the show's "decision week," where couples who have completed the relationship support process must decide whether to continue their journey off-camera or part ways.

Moses shared her thoughts after watching the most recent episode, noting: "A stranger will not understand what we went through there. I can say with full confidence that I gained not just one partner, but 13 brave and special partners, and I learned so much from each and every one of them. Well, we'll wait in suspense for another two days."

The episode featuring the decision of Noa Moses and her partner, Ari Goldberg, has yet to air. In earlier episodes this week, other couples—Sophie Benjamin and Dor Cohen, as well as Leiki Glick and Tomer—chose to stay together and continue their shared lives beyond the cameras.
