A 4-room apartment spanning 113 square meters on Haim Nachman Bialik Street in the Neve Sharon neighborhood of Netivot has been sold for 1.695 million shekels. Located on the second and top floor of a boutique building, the property includes a parking space, a storage room, and a 15-square-meter balcony.

The apartment was initially listed for 1.7 million shekels and remained on the market for about two years before finding a buyer. The sellers have relocated outside the city, while the buyers are upgraders from another area who purchased the home for personal residence.

Oz Elia, a franchise owner at RE/MAX Touch in Netivot, noted that the buyers were previously in advanced negotiations for another property before realizing their budget fell short. "As far as I know, this is the highest price ever recorded for a 4-room apartment in the city," Elia stated. "The price reflects the boutique nature of the small building, which houses a total of only five residents, as well as the significant investments made by the owners."

According to Elia, housing demand in Netivot is largely driven by upgraders coming from outside the city, with local residents accounting for only two out of every ten transactions. Meanwhile, the broader market remains static with high supply favoring buyers, while second-hand properties compete effectively against developer financing campaigns by offering upgraded features.

The Israeli real estate market also saw several notable secondary transactions across various cities, including Jerusalem, Givatayim, Beersheba, Yavne, and Safed, based on official data from gov.il.
