Two Jewish families from Los Angeles have purchased 11 residential units in the STORY Gali Yam project in Netanya in a single transaction valued at approximately 40 million NIS. The deal includes nine apartments on the 15th and 18th floors, as well as two penthouses on the 26th top floor of the tower, built by the David Azulai Construction and Real Estate Group.

Project Details and Distribution

According to the David Azulai Group, some of the apartments were purchased as investment properties, while others are designated for family members, some of whom already reside in Netanya. All 11 acquired apartments feature sea views.

The nine apartments consist of 4 and 5 rooms, ranging from 104 to 122 square meters, each with a 20-square-meter sun balcony. The two penthouses on the 26th floor span 150 square meters each, comprising 5 rooms, a 60-square-meter rooftop terrace, and an additional 15-square-meter balcony in the master bedroom suite.

Growing Demand in Netanya

This purchase joins another recent transaction in the project, where social media star and businesswoman Elin Cohen acquired a 5-room apartment spanning 122 square meters on the 19th floor with panoramic sea views.

The STORY Gali Yam project is located on Ben Zvi Boulevard in Netanya, approximately one kilometer as the crow flies from the coastline. The complex comprises three residential towers—two with 26 floors and another with 20 floors—housing around 300 residential units.

"This acquisition is an expression of the deep desire of Diaspora Jewry to establish their stronghold and presence in the country, and proves once again the resilience and strength of the local market," said David Azulai, owner of the David Azulai Group.
