Neta Alchimister and her husband in an unusual real estate deal: property value revealed
The Israeli model and businesswoman are preparing for a major change in their lives. After a long wait, they are moving into a new, luxurious property designed with a Thai-inspired atmosphere.
Model and businesswoman Neta Alchimister, partner of former professional footballer Rami Gershon, recently shared with her followers on social media that after years of anticipation, this is the month they will move into their new family home. Alchimister and her husband Rami purchased land in Rishon LeZion in 2023 and began building their dream home on it. Now, after three years of waiting, the project is complete.
Their new, luxurious home in the Nahal Yehuda neighborhood of Rishon LeZion is estimated to be worth approximately 12 million shekels. It was purchased together with former footballer Ben Sahar, who has already moved into his adjacent home, which was also designed with inspiration from a Thai resort.
The villa spans a built-up area of approximately 350 square meters spread over two floors, a basement, and an attic, and includes 7 rooms. Outside, a spacious yard of about 200 square meters features an impressive swimming pool, which serves as the highlight of the leisure area.
Rami Gershon and Ben Sahar, close friends, purchased the land together with the intention of building adjacent houses to raise their families as close neighbors. Only a low wall separates the two yards and pool areas, allowing for free passage and a sense of a shared complex. Alchimister and her husband are currently preparing to say goodbye to their previous home, where they started their family with their son El-Yam and their young daughter Lia.
