Seven-Year-Old Boy Killed in Negev Traffic Accident
A seven-year-old boy was killed in a traffic accident on Route 264 in the Negev on Friday evening, adding to a deadly week on Israeli roads.
A seven-year-old boy was killed this evening (Friday) in a tragic traffic accident in the Negev. Emergency medical services from Magen David Adom pronounced him dead at the scene.
Paramedics met a private vehicle carrying the unconscious child on Route 264 near Rahat. He suffered severe multi-system trauma, and medical personnel had no choice but to pronounce his death.
This follows a deadly 24 hours on Israeli roads, which saw five people killed in four separate fatal accidents across the country, including incidents in the Krayot, Ayalon Highway, the Negev, and Tel Aviv. A total of 322 people have died in traffic accidents since the beginning of the year.
