Singer Narkis Opens Up About Forgiveness, Yom Kippur, and Her New Relationship
Israeli singer Narkis spoke about forgiveness ahead of Yom Kippur and opened up about her new relationship with entrepreneur Tamir Nahum during a morning television appearance.
Yom Kippur is a time for introspection, pausing for a moment, and offering genuine apologies to those we may have hurt. Singer Narkis opened up during a morning television interview, taking the opportunity to do just that with the people closest to her. The singer reflected on the days when she observed Yom Kippur after leaving religious life and also shared insights into her new relationship, describing it as healthy and right.
She recalled traveling in India and South America, noting that she was always mindful of Yom Kippur. Coming from a religious home, she explained that even when she felt somewhat distant from tradition, she always kept the fast. "There is a list of people I need to ask for forgiveness from. At the top of that list are my parents, my family, and my children. Ironically, it is often the people closest to us whom we unintentionally hurt without realizing it."
Regarding her relationship over the past few months with entrepreneur and businessman Tamir Nahum (42), she said it is a good, fun, and right partnership that allows them to be truly authentic. Narkis has two children from a previous marriage that ended about a decade ago, and she previously parted ways with her last partner in May 2025 after a relationship lasting several months.
