British actress Mia Goth has officially filed for divorce from her husband of a decade, actor Shia LaBeouf, citing irreconcilable differences and seeking primary custody of their daughter.
Eight months after news broke that actor Shia LaBeouf, 40, and his wife of the past decade, Mia Goth, 32, had quietly separated, overseas reports confirm that the British actress has officially filed for divorce. According to Page Six, Goth submitted the paperwork citing irreconcilable differences and is seeking primary custody of their four-year-old daughter, Isabel, while requesting that neither party pay spousal support.
The official filing marks a new chapter following their formal separation in July 2025. Earlier this year, LaBeouf relocated to New Orleans following an arrest after getting into a drunken altercation, admitting to journalist Andrew Callaghan that he failed in his marriage and confessed to a severe breach of trust. Despite their tumultuous history, which began on the set of Lars von Trier's Nymphomaniac and included a Vegas wedding in 2016 and the birth of their daughter in 2022, the former couple's relationship has finally come to an end.
