Their turbulent love story began just two months after Kramer separated from his ex-wife, director Dorit Hakim. The relationship was first revealed in October 2025, when Kramer shared a photo from Paris. Since then, the couple has been on an emotional roller coaster: they decided to split last December, only for Kramer’s persistent courtship to lead to a reunion in February. Last March, on the billionaire's 60th birthday, Ayun revealed that they started off on the wrong foot after she accidentally missed her first day of work for him.
