Manor Solomon on his way out of Tottenham: May remain in England
After recording only six appearances for his current team, the Israeli is expected to move to a new destination in the coming days as two clubs are in advanced talks to sign him.
Despite impressing in pre-season matches, Manor Solomon is expected to leave Tottenham this summer. Talks regarding his move to a new team are set to intensify during the week.
According to a report in The Sun, among the teams interested in his services are West Ham and Italy's Fiorentina, for whom he played in the second half of last season. West Ham, which was relegated to the Championship, is looking for reinforcements on the wings following the departure of Crysencio Summerville, and Solomon is considered one of the club's options. The player's agent, Pini Zahavi, is involved in the talks and is working to secure a new team for him before the season begins.
Fiorentina is interested in bringing the Israeli back to its ranks after he helped the club secure a spot in European competitions last season. For Solomon, this would mark another return to Italy, following previous loan spells at Leeds and Villarreal over the last two years.
The 27-year-old winger joined Tottenham from Fulham in 2023 but recorded only six official matches for the team. His last appearance for the Spurs was in September 2023 under coach Ange Postecoglou. Despite the uncertainty regarding his future, Solomon received significant minutes in Tottenham's pre-season matches last summer, but he is still expected to depart before the transfer window closes.
