Lior Adika Expands North: New Flagship Branch Opens with Multi-Million Investment
The Lior Adika chain has launched a massive new branch at the Mivne Tel Hanan complex. With a multi-million investment, the store offers a vast selection of cosmetics, pharmacy items, and home goods to residents of Haifa, Nesher, and the Krayot.
For the first time in the north: the Lior Adika chain has opened its inaugural branch at the Mivne Tel Hanan complex in Nesher. The new location, which involved a multi-million investment and spans approximately 1,900 square meters, offers a wide variety of pharmacy products, cosmetics, skincare, cleaning supplies, baby products, and home goods, bringing the chain's signature shopping experience to the residents of Nesher, Haifa, the Krayot, and the surrounding area.
The opening of this branch further strengthens the business mix at the Mivne Tel Hanan complex, which continues to expand its range of brands and services for local residents, cementing its status as a central shopping destination in the region.
The Mivne Tel Hanan complex covers an area of 35,000 square meters and hosts a diverse array of businesses. Alongside Adika, the complex features branches of Max Stock, Home Center, SACARA, Delta, Be, Icon Fitness, Aroma, Humongous, and many others.

The shopping center division of the Mivne Group currently operates 22 active centers nationwide, including locations in Holon, Gan Shmuel, Nesher Tel Hanan, Beerot Yitzhak, Be'er Sheva, Ofakim, Kiryat Shmona, and Kfar Saba. This is in addition to six other commercial projects currently in the planning and construction stages.
