Libi Patisserie Expands: Famous Yokneam Bakery Opens in Hadera
Libi Patisserie, known for its viral pastries in Yokneam, has opened a spacious second branch in Hadera. Founded by chefs Levnat and Max Peretz, the venue offers artisanal stone-milled breads, a new French toast collection, and daily brunch.

Libi Patisserie, which has operated for nearly four years in a hidden backyard in Yokneam HaMoshava, is expanding beyond its original location to open a second branch at the Mul HaHof Village complex in Hadera. Founded by pastry chefs and couple Levnat and Max Peretz, who met while working at Delal, the bakery has gained a loyal following across northern Israel thanks to viral creations such as croissant wheels and croissant cubes.
The new Hadera branch is spacious and elegantly designed in warm pastel tones. Alongside a dessert showcase and an open pastry station, the venue features a grab-and-go salad refrigerator where items are served on porcelain plates for dine-in guests. The current menu offers a variety of brunch options, with an evening menu planned for the near future featuring bread-based dishes, bruschetta, spreads, sourdough delicacies, focaccia, stone-oven roasted vegetables, wine, and cocktails.
Max Peretz believes that just as coffee is best enjoyed fresh immediately after grinding, flour and wheat require the same attention. He mills the flour for his breads on-site using Israeli whole wheat harvested locally and ground just half an hour before baking, a process that significantly enhances flavor and aroma. The bakery offers nine different types of bread, including an olive and pecan loaf.
A standout addition to the menu is the French Toast Club, featuring caramelized brioche cubes sliced and filled with sweet and savory variations. Options include the Cheesy Baby with cream cheese, berry coulis, and salted pecan streusel; Churo Churo with caramelized brioche sticks rolled in cinnamon sugar alongside salted caramel; Lemon Crush with yuzu lime cream, mascarpone foam, raspberry confit, and pavlova; and the savory Benny Boy featuring a brioche cube with eggs Benedict and spinach cream.
The daily brunch menu, served from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, includes a smash croissant filled with avocado, roasted cherry tomatoes, poached eggs, arugula, herbs, radish, and parmesan; bruschetta on toasted sourdough with roasted cherry tomatoes, zucchini, herb oil, and lemony ricotta cream; and pinsa-style al taglio pizzas in varieties such as margherita, mushroom béchamel, and lemon ricotta. The bakery is located at 10 Schechtman Street in Hadera, operates under kosher supervision, and currently welcomes guests from Sunday through Thursday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
