After the home of Yael Shevach and Ilana Shimon burned down at Havat Gilad, Hadassa Ben Ari arrived to support the two. One special purchase for Yael moved even Rabbanit Yemima Mizrachi to tears.
The severe fire incident at Havat Gilad, in which the home of Ilana Shimon and Yael Shevach was completely burned down, left a deep void and great pain, but alongside it, the beauty of mutual responsibility and the strength inherent in the community in times of trouble were revealed once again. Amidst the ashes and ruins, author and creator Hadassa Ben Ari arrived to visit the two, to extend a helping hand and bring with her a little light and hope into the darkness.
This charged and emotional meeting gave birth to an extraordinary gesture of friendship and female camaraderie. Ben Ari, understanding that beyond the loss of physical property there is an existential need to preserve spirit and creativity, decided to purchase a new computer as a gift for Yael Shevach, so that she could continue to write even from within the wreckage.
This moving gesture immediately resonated in a private and warm WhatsApp correspondence between Hadassa Ben Ari and Rabbanit Yemima Mizrachi. In a joint photo that Ben Ari sent from the visit, smiling alongside Ilana and Yael, she wrote to the Rabbanit: "They are crazy about you here at the farm, what a lesssson". Later, after listening to a voice message, Ben Ari added: "What innovations about the World Cup, I am burning up".
When Rabbanit Yemima wondered about the circumstances of her stay at the place and asked: "Were you there all Shabbat??", Ben Ari replied and explained the purpose of her arrival: "No, I arrived now, I bought her a computer because she must continue to write".
This simple yet profound answer touched the heart of Rabbanit Yemima Mizrachi directly, who could not stop her excitement and replied:
"I am crying, there is no one like you in the world!!!"
