The three levels of attack: The American plan to be presented to Netanyahu at the White House
According to reports in the Gulf, the US administration has formulated a framework for a joint operation in Iran, which will open with a strike on the Revolutionary Guards and may expand to strategic infrastructure and nuclear facilities.

The Donald Trump administration is formulating an "operational plan" against the Iranian regime, which will be presented to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu during his visit to Washington, Gulf media reported today. Netanyahu is expected to meet tomorrow at the White House with US President Donald Trump.
According to sources from the "Erem News" website, the plan depends on approval for a joint military operation in Iran, with the main goal being to undermine the influence of the Revolutionary Guards (IRGC) and remove the organization from the decision-making circle in Tehran. According to foreign reports, the center of decision-making is currently held by former generals from the organization, led by Ahmad Vahidi.
American sources claimed that at least the initial phase of the plan does not focus on nuclear facilities, but rather on damaging the military capabilities of the IRGC, including the organization's naval and air forces, ballistic missile systems, UAVs, and anti-aircraft batteries. This phase, according to the report, will not last more than ten days.
Washington believes that neutralizing the IRGC will provide a political and military advantage that will push Tehran to accept American conditions regarding the nuclear program, maritime security in the Strait of Hormuz, and other regional issues.
It was further reported in Emirati media that an operations room exists with American military and intelligence officials. In this context, three levels of a possible military operation against Iran are being prepared, which undergo updates before being presented to the political echelons in the US and Israel:
-
The first level: IRGC military infrastructure (land, sea, and air bases, missile launch sites, UAV units, and command and control centers).
-
The second level: Strategic infrastructure (energy facilities, transport networks, oil reserves, and industrial facilities).
-
The third level: Striking Iranian nuclear facilities.
The final decision rests with US President Donald Trump.
An American diplomat confirmed that Donald Trump agreed to meet with Benjamin Netanyahu following contacts aimed at unifying the vision of both sides, with the White House insisting on leading any possible operation.
According to the diplomat, most of the logistical and military aspects of a possible operation in Iran are already ready, while current discussions focus on the timing of the operation, its scope, and the primary targets. He also noted that the US administration is interested in ensuring that Israel does not deviate from the operational framework that will be decided upon.
