Tel Aviv Stock Exchange indices decline, Teva shares rise by 10.17%

The Tel Aviv Stock Exchange closed Wednesday's session with losses across major indices. While the market trend was negative, Teva shares saw a significant rally, whereas Opko Health and Yohananof recorded notable declines.

The Tel Aviv Stock Exchange closed today (Wednesday) with declines in the main indices. The TA-35 index fell by 0.99% to 4,046.13 points, and the TA-125 index dropped by 0.96% to 3,985.02 points.

Among the top five gainers, Teva led the market with a rise of 10.17% to 10,560 agorot. Ampa followed in second place, growing by 7.51% to 1,174 agorot. Shuv Energy shares rose by 6.30% to 412 agorot, while Nice shares jumped by 5.79% to 32,320 agorot. Bazan also showed positive momentum, with its stock rising by 5.64% to 198.6 agorot.

Among the top five decliners, Opko Health was the biggest loser, with its stock plunging by 7.26% to 463.7 agorot. Nofar Energy shares lost 5.69% of their value, falling to 17,900 agorot. Yohananof shares fell by 5.36% to 33,040 agorot, while Wishome Globaltech shares dropped by 4.98% to 1,413 agorot. Enlight Energy rounded out the list with a decline of 4.79% to 25,230 agorot.
