The remarks come after the Houthis claimed they recently attacked an Aramco refinery in the Jizan area.
Sources identified with the Houthis in Yemen reported today, Wednesday, to Arab media that the terrorist organization has added dozens of vital targets in the Jizan and Najran provinces in southern Saudi Arabia to its target bank.
The sources predicted an escalation in Houthi attacks against targets in southern Saudi Arabia during the coming period. According to them, this is a response to the escalation of artillery shelling by Saudi forces in the border areas with northern Yemen.
The sources noted that the Houthis have placed the oil giant Aramco, with all its facilities and pipelines, in the target bank. Following this, they threatened that "the Saudi refusal to implement the demands of the Houthis will exact a price from the Saudi oil lifeline."
According to the sources, the Houthis will continue to impose a siege on Saudi ports and prevent the passage of Saudi vessels through the Red Sea and the Bab el-Mandeb Strait until Saudi Arabia lifts the siege on Yemen.
Just yesterday, a military source among the Houthis said that the terrorist organization's forces attacked a refinery of the Saudi oil giant Aramco in southern Saudi Arabia. According to the source, the attack was carried out using UAVs in response to attacks in northern Yemen.
