The Avisror brothers respond to the drama: "A significant moment for the company"
After raising 525 million shekels from leading insurance and provident funds, and purchasing apartments in the Sde Dov project for more than 100 million shekels, the Avisror brothers respond to the changes in the company.

"The completion of the institutional stage of the offering and the significant response from leading insurance and provident funds in Israel are a great expression of confidence in Avisror, in its financial strength, in the quality of its management, and in the business path we have been leading for many years." This was stated by Eli, Jacky, and Yoram Avisror, among the controlling shareholders of the company Avisror Moshe and Sons, following the success of the offering.
This morning it was reported that the company completed the institutional stage of its offering on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, during which it raised 525 million shekels from leading insurance and provident funds. Following the offering, Phoenix and Menora are expected to become interested parties in the company. Tomorrow, the tender for the public is expected to take place, in the amount of an additional 5 million shekels at a price identical to the price set in the institutional stage, so that the total fundraising is expected to amount to approximately 530 million shekels.
"For us, this is a particularly significant moment. The company that our father, the late Moshe Avisror, founded nearly 50 years ago, and which grew from the Negev to broad activity throughout the country, is opening a new chapter in its history today. We are proud of the path the company has taken, its employees, and the partners who have accompanied us over the years, and we thank the investors who chose to join us for the road ahead."
"Turning Avisror into a public company will give us additional tools to realize growth plans, expand the company's activity, and advance its portfolio of projects. Alongside the opportunities, we are well aware of the magnitude of the responsibility placed upon us and will continue to manage the company professionally, with discretion, transparency, and a long-term vision, out of commitment to customers, employees, partners, and the investing public."
According to the prospectus, Eli Avisror is expected to hold 31.32% of the company. Brothers Jacky and Yoram will hold 19.73% and 17.19%. Mordechai Avisror will hold 9.75% and the public will hold 22%. Today, Eli holds about 40% of the company, Jacky about 25%, Yoram about 22%, and Mordechai Avisror holds about 12.5% of the company.
As previously reported, Eli Avisror has already bought a 6-room apartment in the project on the 32nd floor for 12 million shekels. He also bought another apartment for his daughter, five rooms, at a price of 7,010,000 shekels. In an interview Eli Avisror gave in March, he estimated that housing prices would rise gradually after the war.
Yoram Avisror also bought apartments, one of which is a 6-room apartment for 12 million shekels. Previously, brother Jacky Avisror also purchased a 6-room unit on the 33rd floor for 12 million shekels. Inbal Oshrat Avisror Freeman purchased a 6-room apartment for 17 million shekels. The rest of the family members also bought similar apartments, with an average value of about 7 million shekels. The company has already announced that there is no suspicion of contamination of the land on which it is building, which was also reflected in the announcement of the Ministry of Environmental Protection.
