Lemkin is satisfied: "I made the right move. In the Netherlands, you can live normally"

Following reports of significant interest from Lazio, which is preparing an offer to Twente to acquire him, Stav Lemkin gave an interview in the Netherlands, reflecting on his first year in the country.

In an interview with De Twaalfde Man, he addressed the differences between the Netherlands and the war-torn countries of Ukraine and Israel:

"Here we can lead a normal life and go wherever we want. When you don't have other things to worry about, you can focus on football. The people here in the Netherlands are also so nice. I really enjoy being here."

On his choice of Twente, Lemkin noted:

"Jan Streuer called my agent and said he wanted to talk to me. I was with the national team, but I had already heard many good things about the country and the football culture here. I heard that Twente is an excellent club for young footballers who want to take the next step. When Jan called me, it was not an easy decision, but it was my first choice."

Lemkin continued:

"He made it clear to me how much he really wanted me to come to Twente. It gave me a lot of confidence to make the move and join this club. I felt it was the right decision for me, and I haven't regretted it for even a moment. I am truly happy here and glad that I have the opportunity to play for this club."
