The "Tickle King" under threat of lawsuit: "I will not be silent"

A new conflict on social media may soon reach the court. Social media star Beni Wild has sent a pre-lawsuit warning letter to content creator Nadav Maimon, known on TikTok as the "Tickle King," claiming that the latter published a video containing insults and homophobic remarks that constitute defamation.
This move follows a video published by Maimon in response to content uploaded by Wild on Instagram. According to Wild, beyond personal insults, the video included offensive references to his sexual identity.
"It's not really just a video that insults me. What's disgusting here is that the moment they want to humiliate a gay person, they immediately enter his bedroom and turn his sexuality into a joke or a slur. Why? When you criticize a straight person, do you start describing to him what he does in bed? Of course not. Because when a straight person has a relationship, it's considered normal, natural, and fine, but when it's a gay person, suddenly it's used to disgust people and strip him of his dignity." — said Wild.
He further added that he intends to take legal action. "Apparently, even in 2026, there are those who still think that being gay is material for humiliation. I will handle this legally as well, but I really do not intend to be silent, because this is already much bigger than me. It is important that we pay attention to what is happening here between us. This is what LGBT-phobia looks like when it disguises itself as jokes and content online."
As mentioned, this is not the first time Maimon has faced legal proceedings due to online statements. Previously, a lawsuit was filed against him by Odia Pinto, at the end of which he was ordered to pay her compensation of 166,000 shekels as well as legal expenses totaling about 16,000 shekels.
The "Tickle King" stated in response to mako: "I am really not trying to hurt anyone. On the contrary, when I make a video about a public figure, I know that the viewers will receive that person differently. People love drama and it generates sympathy for the side I am criticizing."
He further added: "I do comedy and I have no intention to insult, only to make the viewers laugh and happy. No one takes me seriously. Whoever is offended by me and asks, I remove the video immediately. Until now, I have not received any message from him."
