The family real estate company "Avisror Moshe and Sons" began trading on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange after completing an offering of shares and warrants totaling approximately 530 million shekels. The offering was carried out at a company valuation of approximately 2.6 billion shekels, with about 525 million shekels raised from leading institutional entities and the remainder from the public.

Avisror, which was founded in 1978 in the Negev by the late Moshe Avisror and is currently managed by his sons, is the 19th company to join the stock exchange since the beginning of 2026. The company's operational backlog includes over 10,800 housing units in stages of planning, construction, and urban renewal across the country, alongside income-generating assets worth approximately 758 million shekels and additional assets under construction.

Eli Avisror, CEO of Avisror Moshe and Sons and one of its controlling owners, said at the ceremony:

"The opening of trading is a historic and exciting moment for the Avisror family and for the company as a whole. Our first thought is of our father, the late Moshe Avisror, who founded the company and laid the foundations for our path. The values he instilled in us—responsibility, professionalism, and keeping one's word—accompany us even today."

"The trust we received as part of the offering is a source of pride, but first and foremost, it obligates us," he added. "Becoming a public company expands our circle of partners and gives us additional tools to promote the company's activities and its growth engines. We will continue to grow responsibly and judiciously, to build and develop neighborhoods and communities in Israel, and to lead Avisror forward with transparency and a long-term vision. We are changing status, but we are not changing our path," he concluded.

Tom Alhadif, Head of the Market Development Unit at the Economic Department of the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, said:

"In such a challenging time, every offering is a testament to the resilience, initiative, and wisdom that characterize the Israeli capital market, and the offering of Avisror Moshe and Sons is an example of this."

According to him, the move illustrates the innovation and vitality of the construction and real estate sector, which has become a significant growth engine in the Israeli economy.
