The doctor who stirred the country with a new post: "It doesn't move me"
After the public storm and demands for his suspension, the well-known doctor raises the bar with aggressive and particularly blunt posts, clarifying that the harsh criticism against him does not change his position.
The storm surrounding the racist and harsh statements of gynecologist Dr. Dov (Dubi) Luxman continues to make waves in the healthcare system and on social media. After his initial publications sparked a widespread wave of protest, demands for severe disciplinary action, and calls for his dismissal, the doctor expresses no remorse—and even chooses to raise the bar with additional aggressive posts on his Facebook account.
Instead of retracting his publications or attempting to formulate a clarification, Dr. Luxman published a post in which he directly compared human beings to animals, while attempting to justify the use of offensive slurs:
"When you see a rat on the street, is it allowed to call it a rat? When you see a pig wandering in Haifa - is it allowed to call it a pig? So why, when you see a right-wing baboon, is it forbidden to call him a right-wing baboon? Is it my fault that most right-wing baboons are of Mizrahi origin? That is a fact that cannot be denied. There are still wonderful and high-quality Mizrahi people who are not like that."

In another post he uploaded, Luxman addressed directly the wave of sharp criticism and comparisons directed at him following his words. In an extremely blunt text, he clarified that the claims against him do not change his position:
"Get it - you can call me a Nazi, Hitler, Mengele... it doesn't move me one bit. It will not change the solid fact that you are right-wing Mizrahi baboons who make this country stink."

As recalled, the affair exploded after Luxman's words sparked widespread public outrage and led to numerous complaints to the authorities, the Ministry of Health, and the Israel Medical Association. Public representatives and various organizations demanded to revoke his license or immediately suspend him from treating patients, arguing that a doctor who expresses himself in such a clearly racist manner toward a broad public in Israel cannot provide equal and objective medical care. Now, following the new posts in which he continues to use harsh and degrading language, the public pressure to take disciplinary action against him is only intensifying.
