Maccabi Tel Aviv satisfied with the change: "Finally we will feel the fans"

Following the signing of Slovenian striker Aster Sokler, who in any case will not play for Maccabi Tel Aviv the day after tomorrow (Thursday, 19:00, Sport1) in the second leg of the Europa League second qualifying round against Sheriff Tiraspol, the club is focused on finding additional foreign players.
The right-wing position is expected to be strengthened, and further changes are expected if players like Tyrese Asante, Roy Revivo, Hélio Varela, and Issouf Sissokho are sold. Kervin Andrade may go out on loan, which could also free up a spot for a foreign player.
At Kiryat Shalom, there is no talk of freezing Christian Bilich's contract. He will undergo surgery on his foot tomorrow following a metatarsal fracture, and according to the protocol, he will return to full activity in November. In the meantime, he is finishing serving the heavy suspension imposed on him following the violence incident at the end of the State Cup final.
Maccabi Tel Aviv will allow the players a full rest today so they can recover after several intense days. Tomorrow, the team will hold a morning training session, a nearly constant procedure for them before matches in Europe. The 'Yellows' prefer to hold the training session at Kiryat Shalom, and only afterwards fly to the destination where they will play and hold the press conference there.
Maccabi Tel Aviv is already satisfied with the move from Bačka Topola to Batumi. The sleepy Serbian city, remote from Belgrade, was not attractive to the team's fans, who rarely arrived there, whereas many more fans are expected to arrive in Batumi.
