Life of Koko (Yes VOD, Sting TV, Partner TV, Yes TV Drama, 21:00)

A new docu-reality series from Yes that follows singer Koko from Eilat, Yaakov Ovadia, along with his family. Ovadia was one of the stars of heavy Mizrahi music in the late nineties with hits like 'Baleilot', 'Lo Retsinit', 'Olam Chadash' and 'Cafe Ve-Sigaria'. Despite the nickname that stuck to him, he grew up in a neighborhood in Be'er Sheva. He broke into the public consciousness in an unusual way: in the early two-thousands, Assi Cohen and Guri Alfi in 'Shidurei Ha-Mahapecha' created a character based on him, and this exposure turned out to be a double-edged sword. Standing with him before the camera are his wife Mati and their five children: twins Yam and Lee, who dream of breaking into music, Gad, Eve, and Dan, who is developing a football career.
