Just before entering the chuppah on 'Married at First Sight' and meeting Noa Moses for the first time, Ari decided to do something unusual: he wrote a personal 'contract' for himself regarding his future partner. Although we now know that the match with Moses did not succeed, the candid text Ari shared captures the essence of the program and the courage required to seek love in front of the cameras. A year later, Ari returned to the contract to see if he kept his promises, and his conclusions are deeply moving.

'A few days before I married a woman I didn't know, I wrote myself a contract,' Ari shared. 'A year later, I returned to read it. The show put this contract to the test much faster than I thought, and it was precisely the gaps between us that taught me things I didn't know before.' Ari describes how the intense experience changed his perspective on relationships:

'I learned that I don't run away so quickly when it's hard. It's easy to think you're a committed person when everything is flowing, but it's much harder to stay, talk, and try when it's uncomfortable. I learned that understanding someone doesn't mean you have to agree with them; sometimes it's enough to stop the need to explain yourself and try to truly see the other side.'

Unlike the natural instinct to solve every conflict, the process with Noa taught him to let go and contain. 'I learned that not every gap needs to be solved,' he adds. 'I'm used to thinking that every problem has a solution, but sometimes the right thing is not to solve the gap but to see it honestly. I discovered how much I missed the excitement, the uncertainty, and the curiosity of entering something without knowing how it will end. A relationship doesn't have to last forever to be meaningful.' These words testify that Ari emerged from this connection more whole, mature, and clear-headed.

The original contract that Ari signed in July 2025 reveals the vulnerability with which he entered the process. In the document, Ari chose to commit first of all to himself:

'I, Ari, commit to bringing into this process that little excited boy from Efrat who still believes in simple, honest love, without games. To commit to the journey even when it is confusing, imperfect, or scary. Not to give up easily, not to run away when it's hard, but to stay and figure it out. To be me without hiding or diminishing myself, even when it means showing emotion or vulnerability.'

In the second part of the contract, Ari detailed his commitments to his future wife: 'I commit to speaking openly and not keeping things inside. To respect her heart, her space, and her pace. To be there truly, not just physically, but with emotional presence. To pay attention to her well-being, to ask, to listen, and to care, even without her asking. To know when she needs closeness and to give it without fear, and to know when she needs quiet and to respect that without getting offended.' Ari signed the document with a sincere promise: 'I don't promise that we will be perfect, but I do promise to be there truly present, open, and learning. Signed with heart, Ari.'
