Laiki Glick from 'Married at First Sight' Opens Up About the Pain of Rejection
Laiki Glick, a participant in 'Married at First Sight', shares her emotional struggle following Tomer Greenberg's confession about his lack of attraction and explains why she chose to fight for their relationship.

The relationship between Laiki Glick and Tomer Greenberg has become one of the most compelling arcs in the current season of "Married at First Sight" on Keshet 12. Their connection offers viewers a rare glimpse into topics often avoided on screen, including the lack of physical attraction, open communication, and the complexities of intimacy within a relationship built under the watchful eye of cameras.
In a special episode of Danit Greenberg's podcast, Laiki decided to put all the cards on the table, addressing how she coped with Tomer's painful admission regarding his lack of attraction to her. Laiki shared the difficulty of the experience:
"I’ve been engaged before, and I never felt like that. The experience of rejection is not a feeling I’m used to. Usually, on a date, if it doesn’t work out, the guy isn’t interested, and that’s fine—so be it."
Despite her emotional vulnerability, she explained why she chose not to give up and instead test the relationship:
"This was a challenge that I actually liked. I needed to be in a place I wasn't used to, and I believed something good would come of it. Obviously, if it had caused me harm, I would have walked away. But it was worth fighting for because I wanted to; there was a really good connection. I knew there were things beneath the surface that I didn't yet understand."
Although the show is currently airing, filming concluded nearly a year ago, during which time the couples were required to maintain strict confidentiality. Tomer Greenberg recently shared an emotional post on his Instagram, featuring photos from their wedding day:
"Today marks one year. I have no words to describe how nervous I was back then and how much I hoped this day would bring me love. An amazing beginning to a story that is still being told."
As the episodes continue to air, fans have been spotting hints that the relationship might have continued off-camera. The two were recently seen at Ben Gurion Airport at the same time, sparking a flurry of rumors. With reports that Tomer is currently searching for a new apartment in Tel Aviv and has turned to the public for help on social media, viewers are eager to piece together the puzzle and discover the true fate of their relationship.
