Revivo's agent to Elche: Submit an improved offer to Maccabi Tel Aviv
Pali Ramadani reported that the Spaniards are willing to pay 3 million euros, but Maccabi is setting strict conditions. Simultaneously, the club is working to reduce the number of foreign players: Henry Addo, Kervin Andrade, and Ion Nicolaescu may be on their way out.
After Maccabi Tel Aviv claimed in recent days that no offer had been received from Elche for Roy Revivo — who agreed to his terms with the Spanish club, as revealed on ynet — CEO Jack Angelidis unexpectedly stated yesterday: "When we receive a good offer, we will be ready to sell." Later, Angelidis clarified that an inquiry had indeed arrived through the player's agent.
Revivo's agent, Pali Ramadani, one of the top agents in Spain, said he spoke directly with Angelidis and clarified to him that Elche is willing to pay 3 million euros alongside 5% of a future sale. Ramadani noted that as soon as a green light is given, the official offer will be sent immediately, but claimed that Maccabi Tel Aviv has raised three significant obstacles:

Now, Ramadani is pressuring Elche — which will open the season tomorrow (Monday, 22:00) against Deportivo La Coruña — to submit an improved offer to begin official negotiations with the 'yellows' and execute the deal before the transfer window closes in about two weeks.
Reducing foreign players in the squad
Someone who has already finished his path at Kiryat Shalom is Sayed Abu Farchi. As first published on ynet, Maccabi Tel Aviv and the Colorado Rapids agreed on his purchase for 5 million dollars. The striker has already agreed to his terms in MLS, and he is expected to fly to the USA immediately after the league officially approves the deal. Additionally, while representatives of Israel Dappa from Hapoel Jerusalem claimed that the 'yellows' examined his addition, Maccabi Tel Aviv clarified that he is not a candidate.
According to sporting director Steven Vanharen, the club intends to add two new players before the window closes (with Serbian defender Nikola Maraš and Belgian midfielder Taebo Baten mentioned as candidates, while Red Star Belgrade denied an inquiry regarding Luisio). To this end, the 'yellows' are working to reduce the number of foreign players: Henry Addo may go out on loan to Tondela from the Portuguese second division, and the club is trying to find loan teams also for Kervin Andrade (who was purchased for 1.8 million euros) and Ion Nicolaescu.
