The secret addiction of the Spider-Man star revealed: "There is no control over impulses"

Andrew Garfield, known to many as the star of "Spider-Man", reveals a surprising detail about his browsing habits. In an interview with Variety magazine, the actor confirmed that he maintains a secret Instagram account, even though he is officially completely absent from social media. As is known, Garfield decided to distance himself from an official presence online since he played one of the founders of Facebook in the movie "The Social Network" in 2010, but it turns out he still finds himself browsing quite a bit.
The actor shared candidly that he experiences frustration with his screen time:
"I'm addicted like everyone else. My screen time notifications horrify me. It's like I gave all those hours to nothing," admitted Garfield, adding criticism of the design of the networks: "It's really infuriating because we don't have control over these impulses like we should have, and it's done intentionally."
According to him, through the secret account, he chooses to follow mainly ceramic artists and craftsmen from Japan.
Beyond his browsing habits, Garfield shared that he sometimes dreams of a break from the busy life in Hollywood. After working continuously for almost a whole year, he noted that he would be happy to give up the demanding PR tours. "I worked a lot this year. But if it were up to me, people would just see my projects, and I would go carve wood in the countryside of Somerset and think about what the birds might be doing," said the actor.
Despite the fantasy of a quiet life in nature, the actor continues to work energetically. These days he is promoting a new fantasy film, and soon he is expected to star in a talked-about film where he will play Sam Altman, the CEO of OpenAI, in a plot that will focus on his firing in 2023. Now it remains to be seen when, if at all, the star will decide to put down the phone and realize his rural dream.
