Star of "The Patriots" raises funds: "She needs help now"
Journalist Yotam Zimri has asked his followers on X to contribute to the cause of a Nova festival survivor who is struggling to finance her medical treatment: "Any amount, any help, and every shekel will make a huge difference for her."
Journalist Yotam Zimri, a panelist on the television program "The Patriots" on Channel 14, recently made headlines following a personal confession he shared on camera regarding the end of his marriage to Dr. Shiran Zimri.
In a discussion with Itamar Fleischman, his co-host on the NVP podcast "Tzamad Re'im," Zimri announced that he and his wife are separating after 17 years together. "Shiran is an amazing woman, she is an amazing mother, and we are on good terms because we have children whom we will continue to raise together," the journalist noted.
In a post on his X account, Yotam Zimri appealed to his followers to support a survivor of the Nova festival who lost many of her friends in the October 7 massacre and has since been struggling with her mental health and the costs of her medical treatment.
"Please be kind. S. is a young woman who immigrated to Israel alone five years ago and has no family support. She survived the Nova festival, lost many friends, and has since been dealing with enormous expenses for treatments, medications, and basic living needs. The state process to receive official disability recognition takes time, but she needs help now. We decided to take the initiative and open a fund for her to help her get back on her feet. Any amount, any help, and every shekel will make a huge difference for her," Zimri wrote.
