A significant expression of confidence from the management of Solrom Holdings: the company's controlling shareholder, the CEO, and other interested parties carried out share purchases on the stock exchange during August for a total of approximately 1.1 million shekels. The purchases took place following the publication of the company's periodic reports. As part of the transactions, the controlling shareholder, M&M Capital (owned by Itay Moldavsky and David Maimon), purchased shares worth approximately 618,000 shekels and now holds about 40.87% of the share capital. In addition, David Maimon purchased shares directly for approximately 50,000 shekels. The CEO of Solrom, Matan Rabin, increased his holdings with a purchase of approximately 249,000 shekels, and another interested party, Amit Schindler, acquired shares worth approximately 183,000 shekels. Solrom Holdings operates in the industrial-defense sector, specializing in the development and production of electronic systems, electro-mechanical equipment, QCL laser technology, and complex machining for Israel's defense industries. The group operates six production plants in the country and employs about 200 workers. This increase in holdings by officers and controlling shareholders provides a positive signal to the market and reflects their confidence in the company's continued growth.
