The competition for employees is heating up: 10bis is launching a new card
The company, known for its workplace lunch solutions, is launching a new card that includes a range of benefits — a kind of consumer club. The card is intended for employees of companies that use 10bis services, who will be able to receive cash refunds and 10% discounts at various chains and brands.

The growing competition in the employee benefits sector is sharpening further with the launch of a new initiative by 10bis: the company, identified with workplace lunch budgets, is launching a new card that includes a range of benefits — a kind of full-fledged consumer club.
The card is intended for employees of companies that use 10bis services, who will be able to receive a cash refund on purchases as well as a 10% discount at a variety of chains and brands in the fields of fashion, pharma, tourism, and lifestyle.
According to the company's announcement, unlike the traditional meal benefit, which is identified mainly with working hours, the new benefits will be available throughout the day, on weekends, and during vacations.
Payment will be made via a digital wallet, to which the user can connect their existing credit card without the need to issue an additional card. According to the company, this connection will allow employees to enjoy the benefits offered by 10bis while simultaneously continuing to accumulate points or benefits within their own consumer clubs.
The main activity of 10bis, which was founded in 2006 and acquired in 2018 by the Dutch corporation JUST EAT, is in the field of employee catering. Following the recent moves of competitors — Wolt and Cibus — which are also fighting for catering budgets in leading companies, the company is now expanding its operations into other areas.
"The world of employee welfare, their benefits, and rights has been undergoing a dramatic change in recent years," says 10bis CEO Tomer Pepper. "This is a significant platform for the employer, where they can provide significant added value to the employee and their family members, without needing to increase expenses."
"Alongside an emphasis on maximum convenience and real value for customers, it was important for us to bring a solution that does not require employees to issue credit or pay unnecessary fees. With the launch of the new 10bis, we have broken the boundaries of the traditional category, out of the need of workplaces to give the maximum for their employees, even outside of working hours."
