The Tel Aviv Stock Exchange closed today, Tuesday, with gains in its two main indices. The TA-35 index rose by 0.04% to 4,176.34 points, and the TA-125 index rose by 0.36% to 4,040.87 points.

Among the top performers, Matrix led the market with a share price increase of 11.30% to 9,544 agorot. Earlier today, the company published a strong financial report for the second quarter of 2026, beating preliminary profit forecasts. Operating profit rose by 10.6% to 202.2 million shekels.

The operating profit margin improved from 9.2% to 9.5% due to operational efficiency and growth in Israel, which offset a decline in the gross profit margin to 18.3%. Net profit attributable to shareholders jumped by 36% to 122.6 million shekels, influenced in part by the acquisition of minority rights in the company Magic. Diluted earnings per share rose by 12.8% to 1.32 shekels.

Other notable gainers included:

  1. Formula Systems — up 8.03% to 34,960 agorot.

  2. One Technologies — up 6.78% to 6,566 agorot.

  3. Hilan — up 5.74% to 22,490 agorot.

  4. Isracard — up 5.50% to 1,074 agorot.

Among the decliners, Tower shares fell by 8.71% to 73,700 agorot. Camtek shares dropped by 5.63% to 48,410 agorot, and Nova shares fell by 5.46% to 118,440 agorot. The investment house Meitav declined by 4.82% to 12,050 agorot, while Priortech shares fell by 3.69% to 30,840 agorot.
