Kiryat Bialik: Progress in Urban Renewal Project on Ben Gurion Street
Yesodot Eitanim Urban Renewal and the Savionim Group have won a residents' tender on Ben Gurion Street in Kiryat Bialik. The project involves replacing 18 old apartments with 90 new units across two modern buildings.
The company Yesodot Eitanim announced that its subsidiary, Yesodot Eitanim Urban Renewal, in collaboration with the Savionim Group, has won a residents' tender on Ben Gurion Street in Kiryat Bialik. According to the preliminary plan, the project involves demolishing old residential buildings containing 18 housing units and constructing approximately 90 new units in two buildings, subject to the approval of a new town building scheme (TABA).
The project is currently in its initial stages. Yesodot Eitanim stated that it will focus on securing signatures, advancing planning, obtaining approval for the new town building scheme, and subsequently acquiring building permits. The residents are represented by Adv. Roi Dahan of the law firm Cohen, Katzav, Dahan, while the company is represented by Adv. Oren Erdman of the law firm Steinmetz, Gurman, Erdman & Co. The architectural design is entrusted to the firm Timor Schwartz.
Omer Yahimovich, CEO of Yesodot Eitanim, stated:

Our goal is to take an old residential complex and create a new, modern, and safe living environment for the apartment owners. Kiryat Bialik is in a significant process of renewal and development, and we are happy to take part in this process and continue to expand our operations in the northern region."
