Kevin Hart Faces New Scandal as Ex-Assistant Seeks Sex Tape Partner Testimony
Kevin Hart faces a new legal twist as his former assistant seeks to summon his 2017 sex tape partner, Montia Sabbag, to testify amid an ongoing breach of contract and NDA dispute.

American comedy star Kevin Hart is facing a potential new scandal as his legal battle with former personal assistant Misha Shakes intensifies. According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, Shakes is seeking to summon Montia Sabbag, Hart's partner from the notorious 2017 sex tape, to testify in the case.
The development stems from a lawsuit filed by Hart against Shakes, alleging she breached a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and damaged his reputation by giving interviews to a blogger. In response, Shakes denies the allegations, arguing that Hart failed to uphold his own employment contract obligations, rendering the NDA void, and that his public image was harmed by his own actions.
To support her claim that Hart damaged his reputation himself, the former assistant wants to question Sabbag in court regarding the infamous Las Vegas tape and the subsequent investigation. Sabbag previously sued Hart for a staggering 60 million dollars, claiming she was filmed without her consent, though her lawsuit was ultimately dismissed.
Alongside Sabbag's potential summons, Shakes is expected to testify and intends to demand that Hart take the stand as well. It remains to be seen whether the court will approve Sabbag's subpoena, which could reignite the embarrassing Hollywood scandal.
