Kanyon HaZahav in Rishon LeZion has marked a major milestone in its commercial development by launching a new floor built with a total investment of approximately 100 million shekels, cementing its status as the largest mall in Israel.

The glittering opening event was styled after Reshet 13's popular TV game show, "The Golden Cage", and was accompanied by a massive 5 million shekel launch campaign spanning outdoor billboards, television commercials, and digital media.

A host of social media stars and influencers flocked to the launch event, including Miran Buzaglo—who leads the campaign—alongside On Rafaelis, Daniel Peretz, Yochi Apollion, Lia Noga, Dvir Solomon, Lir Oz, Shahar Mana, Tomer Talias, and Yarden Hadad.

Beyond the celebrities, the general public will also be able to experience "The Golden Cage" from November 8 to November 12. Customers who make purchases of 500 shekels or more at the new floor's stores will be invited inside the cage to select a prize.

The new floor spans approximately 12,000 square meters of commercial space and features dozens of stores from leading brands, including Victoria's Secret, Adidas, Itay Brands, and Shopperra, expanding the complex's fashion and leisure mix.

HaZahav Mall currently houses hundreds of businesses and retail chains, featuring international giants such as the Zara Group, H&M, and Mango, alongside leading Israeli fashion brands like Castro, Renuar, and the Fox Group, alongside pharmacies, electronics, and dining options.

This expansion continues the legacy of the commercial center founded by Moshe and Yigal Gindi, which opened in September 1993 spanning just 12,000 square meters. Following massive expansions, including a major 2011 project, the mall now exceeds 100,000 square meters, solidifying its position as a central shopping hub in the Dan region.
