Prosecutor Statement Filed Against Six Jenin Residents Over Rocket Cell
Prosecutors filed statements against six Jenin residents in their 30s suspected of running a rocket and explosives manufacturing cell targeting Israel.

A prosecutor's statement was filed against six residents of the Jenin area in their 30s suspected of involvement in a rocket and explosive manufacturing infrastructure targeting Israel and security forces. The statement was submitted over the weekend following a joint investigation by the Judea and Samaria District Central Unit and the Shin Bet.
According to police and Shin Bet statements, the suspects manufactured a rocket body and explosive devices, conducting tests including three trial launches. Weapons including an M16 rifle and an RPG body were seized in their possession.
The investigation was conducted over recent months by the Judea and Samaria District's unit for hostile terrorist activity investigations alongside the Shin Bet, leading to the arrest of the six suspects.
The investigation revealed that the cell received instructions and information regarding explosive materials through a messaging application from a foreign entity connected to the primary suspect. Written guides and materials for producing explosives and rockets were also seized, with indictments expected in the coming days.
