Itay Levi is shifting gears ahead of his upcoming performance. In the coming days, the singer will move to a temporary and highly indulgent location in Caesarea. He has rented a luxurious villa that includes a pool, situated just a short distance from the residence of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
According to a report by TMI, Levi is expected to stay at the villa for several days up to a week, with the goal of focusing on his work, resting, and arriving as prepared as possible for the show. However, this quiet and privacy come with a significant price tag: according to sources familiar with the details, the rental cost of the villa is approximately 17,000 shekels per night.
The villa is not intended for Levi alone. According to the plan, the complex will become a sort of "open house" in the near future for those close to him, including his professional staff, musicians, managers, and friends. This will allow the singer to combine professional preparation with rest and hosting in luxurious conditions.
This temporary move to Caesarea comes shortly after it was revealed that Levi continues to expand his activity in the luxury real estate market. Less than a week ago, it was reported that the singer purchased another apartment in a luxury project on Remez Street in the Old North of Tel Aviv, adjacent to a penthouse already in his possession.
Levi chose to combine the two properties, adding about 100 square meters to his living space. Following this move, the estimated value of the combined property stands at approximately 20 million shekels. Now, alongside his real estate investments in Tel Aviv, he is also opting for temporary indulgence in Caesarea, at a price of tens of thousands of shekels for just a few nights.
