Apartment prices in Israel continue to show remarkable stability following a slight 0.1% increase recorded by the Central Bureau of Statistics for the May-June period compared to April-May. Despite an overall market slowdown marked by a deep freeze in real estate transactions—as highlighted by recent data from the Chief Economist at the Ministry of Finance—actual sales data from across the country reveal ongoing market activity in various cities.

To shed light on the current housing market, national brokerage networks tracked recent secondary-market deals across several key locations:

Beersheba: A 4-room apartment on Jerusalem Boulevard in Neighborhood Tet (93 sqm, 3rd floor of 8, with elevator and parking) was sold for 920,000 NIS. A 4-room apartment on Eshkolit Street in Ramot (116 sqm, 4th floor of 5, with a 14 sqm balcony, elevator, parking, and safe room) fetched 1.42 million NIS. A 4-room apartment on Dafna Street in Sigaliot (143 sqm, 7th floor of 9, with a 16 sqm balcony, elevator, parking, and safe room) was sold for 1.5075 million NIS.
