Ilanit Levi on drastic life changes after quitting smoking: 'I'd be finished in bed, that's my truth'
The former beauty queen and TV presenter shared the drastic change in her life and the new step she has begun implementing in her daily routine, this time with the close encouragement of her daughter, Alin Golan. 'If it weren't for Alin, there's no chance I would have left the house,' Levi admitted.

About two months after announcing she had quit smoking after 30 years, Ilanit Levi is sharing another positive change in her lifestyle. On Monday, the TV presenter documented herself walking down the street alongside her young daughter, Aria, proudly revealing that she had completed a strength training workout in the morning.
Levi said that the person who caused the change and motivated her to act was her daughter, Alin Golan. 'I got up in the morning, took Aria and Alin — who is actually the one who took both of us — and did a strength workout,' shared Levi.
In a follow-up video, she clarified that the full credit belongs to her daughter: 'If it weren't for Alin, there's no chance I would have left the house in the morning. She is the one who drags me; the credit is hers alone. If it weren't for her, I would be finished in bed; that is my truth.' As a reward for the effort, Levi treated herself to an iced coffee.
The sporty step comes following Levi's dramatic decision at the end of last June, when she shared with her followers the process of quitting cigarettes after three decades. Levi noted then that she was ashamed of the habit and did not take photos while smoking, while her husband, Eliraz Sade, encouraged her and said: 'A miracle! You received your life as a gift.'
