Ilanit Levi ended up at the hospital during her vacation: "Who gave me the evil eye?"
The TV host and her family members were forced to stop their planned trip and arrive at a local clinic following an unexpected injury to her mother that caused a scare. Later, she updated that everything is fine and the vacation is continuing as usual.
The summer vacation of Ilanit Levi, her husband Eliraz Sade, and their three children—Liam, Aline, and Aria—took an unexpected turn when Ilanit's mother, Rachel, was injured and required medical treatment at a local hospital.
Levi did not hide her frustration with the delay in the itinerary and uploaded a photo to her Instagram account from the emergency clinic, where she wondered: "Who gave me the evil eye?"

Fortunately, the tension dissipated quickly. Shortly thereafter, the TV host turned to her followers to calm the spirits and updated them on her mother's condition: "Okay, everything is fine, Rachel is fine, she got a small blow to the hand, they bandaged her, and I returned to the same spot. And this one (Aria) didn't move an inch."
With the bandage removed and a return to routine, the family resumed their planned route and shared time together, which included a light competition between Eliraz and Liam. During the trip between destinations, Ilanit expressed her admiration for the surroundings, noting: "What a beautiful place."
After the medical event was left behind, Levi shared another update from inside the vehicle alongside Sade, showing the spectacular view from the window: "Listen, we are on the way to a tavern. We will arrive soon. That's it, all matters have calmed down, Rachel is fine, thank God, everything is fine, blessed be God. The view here is just crazy." A moment before she turned the camera toward the road, the former beauty queen concluded with the words: "How beautiful."
