IKEA Israel under attack: "Without borders, it's happening here too"
After the severe disappointment he suffered in the Democrats' primaries, Naor Narkis continues his public activity and now reveals a situation that sparked the anger of one of his followers: "I didn't imagine."
Naor Narkis continues his public activity online after reaching the 22nd, unrealistic spot in the Democrats' party primaries held in July 2026, and therefore was not placed in a position allowing for a realistic election to the Knesset.
Despite the result in the primaries, Narkis continues to be active in the public arena and on social networks, where he shares his positions and addresses issues concerning Israeli society and the relations between the secular and Haredi public.
Narkis, who began his path with various public initiatives that sparked many storms, including the "Milky Protest," which dealt with the cost of living, and later the establishment of the "Hozrim BeTevuna" movement, whose stated goal is to encourage secularization and education among the Haredi public in Israel, has now published a post about an event he experienced during a visit to IKEA.
In a post published on social networks, Narkis shared a message he received: "Hi Naor, I arrived at IKEA and I didn't imagine that even here I would encounter religious proselytizing without borders. At the end of the escalators and also next to the restaurant, there are Haredim who simply go one by one and offer prayer books. Honestly, this is getting on my nerves. The whole place feels like one big mission."
