With 19 days remaining until election day, the IDF is preparing to deploy a voting system enabling soldiers to exercise their right to vote across military bases and operational sectors. The military is conducting preparatory procedures to regulate voting in compliance with the law and regulations, ensuring participation even for troops stationed far from home.

Every military polling station will operate with a committee composed of two soldiers. Committee members are responsible for verifying voter identities using authorized identification methods, including a military ID or a valid civilian identification card. Prior to election day, committee members will undergo structured training to execute the process according to established protocols.

Once polling stations close, the ballot boxes will be locked and transported to the Central Election Committee at the Knesset. Regional election officers will oversee the secure transit of the sealed boxes under strict supervision until delivery. The Central Election Committee alone will handle ballot opening and vote counting, entirely independent of the IDF.
