Glilot Padel Complex Hits 97% Occupancy and 700k NIS Revenue in Month One
House Padel at BIG FASHION Glilot reached 97% occupancy and over 700,000 NIS in revenue within its first month, setting a domestic industry record.
Just about a month after its launch, the new padel complex House Padel at BIG FASHION Glilot, founded by Ben and Omri Zini alongside Gilad Adin, is posting exceptional figures: the facility reached an occupancy rate of approximately 97% and recorded revenues exceeding 700,000 NIS.
According to estimates, this marks the highest revenue volume ever recorded for such a period among padel facilities in Israel. The new complex was launched in mid-August with an investment of about 3 million NIS as part of the ongoing expansion of the padel industry in Israel, operating daily from 6:00 AM to midnight.
A key distinguishing feature of the Glilot facility compared to most padel venues in the country is its fully indoor and air-conditioned environment. The location currently operates six indoor courts, allowing play throughout the day regardless of weather conditions, unlike other complexes with limited indoor setups or predominantly open-air courts.
House Padel is backed by brothers Ben and Omri Zini alongside Gilad Adin. Upon opening, the founders noted that choosing BIG FASHION Glilot was driven by its prime location, accessibility, and the opportunity to combine sports activities with a commercial and entertainment hub amid the rapid growth of padel nationwide.
