Hadar Muchtar awaits the Prime Minister's decision that will determine her future: "He will give"

Hadar Muchtar commented on Thursday on her candidacy in the Likud primaries, which will take place in the coming month, and her chances of succeeding in them. During an interview with Channel 14 news anchor Tal Meir, who noted that "it seemed hopeless, and suddenly there was some kind of change," Muchtar replied:

"Why hopeless? Because of the Prime Minister's approval? It was postponed. We need to get the approval tomorrow, he will give it, we rely on him. We are coming to provide young people and win the elections."

As mentioned, Muchtar shared just last week that she had reached a particularly significant achievement: 120 senior Likud members, including mayors, council heads, branch managers, and central committee members, submitted an official request to the Prime Minister and Likud Chairman Benjamin Netanyahu, and to the Minister of Defense and Secretariat Chairman Israel Katz, demanding to approve the shortening of her qualifying period.

In the request, submitted with an attached signed legal affidavit, it was written: "Shorten the period for Hadar Muchtar — she will bring young people to Likud." The signatories detailed Muchtar's work in the party ranks since her discharge from the IDF, and noted that she "shows exceptional dedication to field work: she submitted over 1,000 new membership forms, worked in extensive online activity for the 26th Knesset elections, alongside constant presence at movement events."

They further emphasized that the young woman's activity contributed directly "to strengthening the movement among the youth throughout the country, a public in which the movement is required to deepen its hold." As part of the arguments, they added that "the Likud movement has always known how to open a door to young and committed activists. We believe that Muchtar has proven herself, and that allowing her to integrate fully into the movement's activity will serve the movement's interest."
