Gindi Holdings Appoints Jonathan Benjamin as Chief Technology and Innovation Officer
Gindi Holdings appointed Jonathan Benjamin as Chief Technology and Innovation Officer to lead AI integration, digital transformation, and technological strategy across the company's real estate operations.

Gindi Holdings, one of the largest residential real estate and construction companies in Israel, has announced the appointment of Jonathan Benjamin, 42, as Chief Technology and Innovation Officer. In his new role, Benjamin will lead the company's technological strategy, develop and implement artificial intelligence (AI) solutions, and drive digitization across all operations.
Strategic Digital Transformation
The company stated that this senior appointment is part of a strategic initiative to expand the use of advanced technologies and integrate AI tools into management and workflow processes. Benjamin brings extensive leadership and professional experience in technology, innovation, and digital transformation.
Throughout his career, Benjamin has held several senior positions, including vice president, director, and head of sector at companies such as Formula Group, Priority, Let Group, and SaitLabs. Furthermore, he founded and managed a firm specializing in digital transformation projects and technological innovation.
AI Integration in Real Estate
Benjamin will oversee the formulation of Gindi Holdings' technological roadmap, the development and integration of AI systems and automation tools, and the promotion of partnerships with tech firms.
To deepen its engagement with AI technologies, the company will deploy advanced tools across multiple domains:
-
Data analysis and land acquisition
-
Optimization of engineering planning and execution
-
Enhancement of customer service and tenant experience
"The real estate sector is undergoing a significant transformation, where advanced technologies and artificial intelligence enable process optimization, improved decision-making, and innovative solutions across all phases of activity," said Jonathan Benjamin upon his appointment.
Long-Term Rental Investments
Alongside its technological push, Gindi Holdings continues its aggressive market maneuvers. Through its long-term rental arm, "Gindi Beliv," the group announced in June an allocation of ₪1 billion to acquire hundreds of apartments in high-demand central areas.
Industry insiders note that this represents a major strategic shift for the company, which had frozen acquisitions over the past two years. Gindi is currently targeting developers facing cash flow and inventory pressures, demanding substantial discounts of 10% to 15% below market value.
