<b>Gideonim undercover fighters arrested a Palestinian terrorist</b> during a joint operation with the Shin Bet in the Balata refugee camp near Nablus. The forces entered the camp covertly, located the suspect hiding in a local shop, and engaged.
The terrorist, who was aware that security forces were pursuing him, had been sleeping in various locations to evade arrest. When spotted, he attempted to flee and was neutralized with a shot to his lower leg before being handcuffed.
The operation was led by the Samaria Brigade alongside the elite Gideonim Unit 33 of Lahav 433. The suspect received initial medical treatment at the scene and was transferred to the Shin Bet for further interrogation. No casualties were reported among Israeli forces.
