Galit Gutman reveals the secret she hid from her parents at age 16
The model and presenter grew up as a responsible child, but there is a secret she has kept from her parents from her youth until today. During a discussion on "Galit and Ilanit," she revealed for the first time the habit she used to practice behind their backs: "Mom and Dad, sorry you are hearing this for the first time."

A discussion about the phenomenon on "Galit and Ilanit" led presenter Galit Gutman to reveal a secret she had hidden from her parents for years, which they discovered for the first time on screen.
The conversation caused Gutman to recall what she used to do herself as a teenager behind her parents' backs: "I was considered a responsible child, and yet, Mom and Dad, sorry you are hearing this for the first time — at age 16, I used to hitchhike from Even Yehuda to Tel Aviv. It wasn't normal even then; luckily, nothing happened to me, but it could have happened."
Life used to look different, she added: "We felt much more protected; there wasn't what there is today — mobile phones and pedophiles who change their identity, say they are a 12-year-old girl, and follow children. The world has gone crazy, and I think you have to adapt yourself. It's okay to have monitoring, I think there is no choice, but you don't have to tell the children."
Presenter Ilanit Levy also expressed her opinion on the subject: "I am very much in favor of geographic monitoring, but I know there are systems that report what children write on WhatsApp, and that does something bad to the relationship between parents and children. There is no separation that must exist; I am against it to an extreme level."
