Galatasaray rejects €130m Al-Hilal bid: "Osimhen is not for sale"
The Saudi club submitted a massive offer for the Nigerian striker, but faced a firm refusal from the Turkish champions. Al-Hilal, seeking a replacement for Darwin Nunez, has already signed Crysencio Summerville this summer for £60 million.
Galatasaray could not have been clearer regarding the rumors surrounding Victor Osimhen's future. According to reports, the Turkish champions rejected a massive €130 million offer from Al-Hilal for the Nigerian striker, adding: "He is not for sale this summer." The club's announcement followed a verbal offer made by the Saudi side on Wednesday through intermediaries.
Osimhen has scored 59 goals in 74 appearances since joining Galatasaray from Napoli, initially on loan in 2024. Last summer, the deal was made permanent for a record-breaking €75 million fee in the Turkish league. It is worth noting that Al-Hilal has shown long-standing interest in Osimhen and was close to signing the striker before his move to Istanbul. The Saudi club is looking to bolster its squad ahead of the 2026/27 title race. Last season, Al-Hilal finished second, two points behind champions Al-Nassr.
Al-Hilal's efforts come ahead of the expected departure of Darwin Nunez, who reports suggest may reunite with Mohamed Salah at Trabzonspor. Al-Hilal has already completed a £60 million deal this summer to sign Crysencio Summerville from West Ham, and their attacking ranks also feature Karim Benzema and Malcom.
